Is your bride looking for wedding favors that are unique, meaningful, and will always remind guests of their special day?
They can make a donation to their favorite charity in honor of your guests. Many organizations will provide written acknowledgement that you can give to your guests. One option is Brides Against Breast Cancer (pinkenvelopeproject.org).
With Brides Against Breast Cancer, a bride can support the Making Memories Breast Cancer Foundation by donating $100 or more on behalf of her wedding guests, or on behalf of a loved one to help grant wishes to people who have been diagnosed with terminal breast cancer. They will provide cards to give to your guests.
Another option, the March of Dimes will also send a acknowledgement card that you can copy for your guests at Kinko’s. (www.marchofdimes.com). There is also the Lance Armstrong Foundation (www.livestrong.org) where your bride could make a donation and purchase a wristband to give to each of her guests as asknowledgement as well.
Another option, the Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation (www.komen.org) has made great progress in the fight to eradicate breast cancer as a life threatening disease. Donations can be made to this organization and you receive a tribute card mailed to you which could be copied to give to your guests.
There are so many wonderful organizations that your bride can contribute to that may be special and unique to her family. It will be the best money spent in her wedding budget.
